Air France has unveiled its revamped La Première experience, a bold commitment to luxury and personalization. This new suite, developed over three years, represents the pinnacle of the airline’s excellence, offering passengers a unique, fully adaptable, and exclusive space.

Unmatched Space and Comfort

Each La Première suite spans five windows, an exclusive design by Air France. With a total area of nearly 3.5 square meters, passengers will enjoy 25% more space compared to the previous cabin. The configuration includes a seat and a chaise longue that transform into a fully flat bed measuring two meters in length and 75 centimeters in width, ensuring maximum comfort at every stage of the flight.

The seat is equipped with a leather headrest embossed with Air France’s historic seahorse logo and ergonomic cushioning tailored to each passenger. Opposite the seat, the chaise longue provides the perfect spot to relax or watch a movie, and it can be fully extended for nighttime rest. Privacy is guaranteed by a floor-to-ceiling thick curtain, while adjacent suites feature an electric sliding panel for those traveling in pairs or groups.

Sophisticated Design and Exclusive Materials

Every detail of the cabin has been designed to deliver an unparalleled experience. Air France has collaborated with STELIA Aerospace, the Design Investment studio, and the SGK Brandimage agency to create an elegant and welcoming environment. The interior design combines leather, high-quality wool, and exclusive fabrics, with gray tones dominating, accented by red and metallic champagne-colored details.

To enhance the sense of space, overhead compartments have been removed and replaced with ground-level storage. A large sliding drawer can accommodate up to two carry-on suitcases, while another space under the chaise longue is designed for shoes. Additionally, each suite includes a personal compartment with a backlit mirror and an individual wardrobe.

Cutting-Edge Technology for a Superior Experience

The new La Première suite is equipped with the latest technology to maximize comfort and onboard entertainment. Each passenger has access to two 32-inch 4K screens with over 1,500 hours of content, noise-canceling headphones, and the ability to connect their own devices via Bluetooth. Additionally, USB-A and USB-C ports, 110V/220V power outlets, and wireless charging stations are included.

Suite control is entirely intuitive thanks to a wireless touchpad tablet, from which passengers can adjust seat inclination, lighting, bed position, and the electric window shades.

In terms of connectivity, Air France offers free Wi-Fi throughout the flight and will soon implement a new ultra-high-speed connectivity service across its entire fleet, providing a browsing experience comparable to that of a home network.

Routes and Availability

The first four La Première suites will be gradually introduced on select Boeing 777-300ER aircraft. The first aircraft to feature this cabin, named “Épernay,” will take off in spring with a destination of New York-JFK. During the summer of 2025, more routes will be added, including Los Angeles, Singapore, and Tokyo-Haneda.

Currently, La Première is available on flights from Paris-Charles de Gaulle to Abidjan, Dubai, Los Angeles, Miami, New York-JFK, San Francisco, São Paulo, Singapore, Tokyo-Haneda, and Washington DC.

Since its inception in 1933, Air France has cultivated a tradition of luxury and exclusivity in its services. With this renovation of La Première, the airline takes a new step forward in its premium positioning strategy, offering an onboard experience that redefines the standards of commercial aviation.
