The Canadian airline Air Transat has announced the launch of a new direct route between Quebec City’s Jean Lesage International Airport and Fort-de-France on the island of Martinique.

This new connection, which will operate on Sundays between December 14, 2025, and April 26, 2026, marks a significant step in expanding sunny destination services from Eastern Canada. This is the first time a non-stop flight to the Lesser Antilles region has been offered from Quebec.

“This new non-stop service to Fort-de-France reinforces our position as the leading airline to southern destinations from Quebec,” said Sebastian Ponce, Transat’s Chief Revenue Officer.
