LATAM Airlines Group is solidifying its expansion in the Argentine market by adding seven international routes, making a strong bet on connecting key cities in the country with strategic destinations across Latin America and the United States. This move not only increases the airline’s operations in Argentina by 27% compared to last year but also positions it as a central player in enhancing regional connectivity and boosting local economies.
Córdoba, Rosario, and Ezeiza Reconnect with Brazil
LATAM Airlines Brazil is launching three new routes from Argentina to various Brazilian cities, targeting a corridor with high tourism and business potential.
Córdoba – São Paulo (Guarulhos): Starting October 26, this daily route restores Córdoba’s gateway to over 60 destinations within Brazil and 20 international ones via the Guarulhos hub. Additionally, the city will now be linked to LATAM’s three main hubs: Santiago (Chile), Lima (Peru), and São Paulo (Brazil).
Rosario – São Paulo: Beginning December 30, this route will operate with 4 weekly frequencies, providing direct access to international destinations such as Spain, the U.S., Colombia, France, Germany, Chile, Italy, Mexico, Peru, Portugal, the UK, South Africa, and Uruguay.
Buenos Aires (Ezeiza) – Florianópolis: This seasonal route will return between January and February 2026 with daily flights, aiming to boost summer tourism between Argentina and southern Brazil.

Rio de Janeiro – Ezeiza Extended Until March 2026
The route, initially planned until August 2025, will now remain active until March 2026. LATAM will operate:
- 5 weekly flights between September and October 2025.
- 12 weekly flights from November to March during peak season.
This reinforcement addresses the growing demand for tourism and business travel between the two cities.
LATAM Peru Returns to Tucumán with Flights from Lima
Starting in December, the airline will resume operations in northern Argentina by connecting Tucumán with Lima via 3 weekly flights. This route will provide access from Tucumán to:
- 17 domestic destinations within Peru.
- Over 32 international destinations via connections from Lima.
The return of this route marks a key step in strengthening LATAM’s presence in northern Argentina and improving Tucumán’s connectivity with the rest of the continent.
Santiago – Buenos Aires – Miami: A Strategic Fifth-Freedom Connection
On December 1, LATAM Airlines will launch a new daily flight between Santiago de Chile, Buenos Aires (Ezeiza), and Miami. This operation is enabled under the fifth freedom of air traffic and bilateral agreements between Chile and Argentina.
This route enhances connectivity between the U.S. and Argentina while adding a high-value strategic bridge for travelers and exporters.
Bariloche – Santiago Returns for the Summer Season
The seasonal Bariloche – Santiago de Chile route will resume on December 4 with 3 weekly frequencies (Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday), following a successful operation during the summer of 2024.
These flights will soon be available for booking on LATAM’s website, through the Contact Center, and at authorized travel agencies.
