Copa Airlines Receives Two Awards at 2025 World Airline Awards

Copa Airlines has been recognized for the tenth consecutive year as the “Best Airline in Central America and the Caribbean” at the prestigious 2025 World Airline Awards, organized by Skytrax. Additionally, it won the award for “Best Staff Service in Central America and the Caribbean,” solidifying its position as a regional leader in punctuality, efficiency, and customer service.

A Double Honor Backed by Millions of Travelers

Both awards were presented at the iconic Air and Space Museum during the Paris Air Show. The results are based on the aviation industry’s most extensive passenger satisfaction survey, independently conducted by Skytrax between September 2024 and May 2025. The survey gathered 22.3 million valid responses from travelers of over 100 nationalities, following a rigorous validation process to eliminate suspicious or duplicate entries.

Copa Airlines has consistently stood out among more than 325 airlines evaluated worldwide, demonstrating passengers’ sustained appreciation for its operational model, efficiency, and the professionalism of its staff.

The World Airline Awards, established in 1999, are regarded by international media as the “Oscars of Aviation.” Skytrax covers all costs associated with the survey and ceremony, charging no fees for participation or the use of results and logos, ensuring complete transparency and credibility.

The survey was available in eight languages—Spanish, English, French, Portuguese, Russian, Turkish, Japanese, and Chinese—facilitating diverse and representative participation from the global market.
