Delta Air Lines announced on Thursday the addition of a second daily flight between New York’s John F. Kennedy Airport (JFK) and Tel Aviv, Israel, a move aimed at meeting growing demand during the peak winter travel season. The new service will operate from November 30, 2025, to January 19, 2026, enhancing connectivity between the two cities.
Details of the New Operation
The route will be served by Airbus A330-900neo aircraft, one of the most modern in Delta’s fleet. This aircraft features four service classes:
- Delta One: Ultimate comfort with fully reclining seats.
- Delta Premium Select: A premium experience with extra space and enhanced services.
- Delta Comfort+: Seats with additional legroom and extra benefits.
- Delta Main Cabin: The standard option with a high level of comfort.

Safety and Ongoing Assessments
Delta resumed flights to Tel Aviv on May 20 after conducting a thorough security risk assessment. The company maintains continuous monitoring of the security environment, adjusting operations based on available intelligence and guidelines.
