The airline LEVEL has announced its largest-ever winter schedule for the 2025/26 season. From October 26, 2025, to March 28, 2026, the company will increase its capacity by 51% compared to the same period the previous year, solidifying its leadership as the number one long-haul airline at Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport.
This growth translates to over 400,000 available seats during the winter, a strategic leap that strengthens its intercontinental network and meets rising demand in key markets.
North America: The Driving Force Behind Expansion
The strongest growth will come from across the Atlantic. LEVEL will boost its capacity on routes to the United States by an impressive 64%, focusing on four key destinations: New York, Boston, Miami, and Los Angeles.
New York (JFK): The Star of the Increase
The route between Barcelona and New York (JFK) will see the most significant growth. The number of seats will double, with a 126% increase compared to the previous winter. From November to January, there will be a daily flight; in February and March, the frequency will reduce to six flights per week. This adjustment directly responds to the surge in travelers between the two cities and positions LEVEL as a key player in this transatlantic connection.
Boston, Miami, and Los Angeles: Sustained Expansion
Boston will have five weekly flights during peak demand from November to January. Miami will reach four weekly flights in December and January, maintaining three weekly flights for the rest of the season. As for Los Angeles, LEVEL will remain the only airline offering direct flights between this city and Barcelona, operating three weekly flights throughout the winter.

Strengthening South America: Focus on Buenos Aires and Santiago de Chile
The airline is also making a strong bet on the Southern Cone. On routes to Buenos Aires and Santiago de Chile, LEVEL will increase its capacity by 38% compared to the previous winter.
Buenos Aires (EZE): Record Frequencies
The route to the Argentine capital will reach a minimum of nine weekly flights, with up to 11 weekly flights during November, December, and January. Additionally, in specific weeks in November, the frequency will peak at 12 flights. This expansion reflects the growing demand between the two cities and LEVEL’s commitment to offering greater flexibility and schedule variety.
Santiago de Chile: Five Weekly Flights for the First Time
During December, January, and February, the route to Santiago de Chile will operate with five weekly flights. For the rest of the season, it will maintain four weekly flights, significantly improving connectivity in the Southern Hemisphere during the key months of the austral summer.
A Growing Fleet Driving Connectivity
“The increase in our winter schedule reflects LEVEL’s strong commitment to Barcelona and our dedication to strengthening its connections with strategic destinations in the Americas,” said Lucía Adrover, Chief Commercial and Network Officer of the airline. “This growth, made possible by the recent expansion of our fleet, allows us to offer more options to our customers and continue contributing to the development of long-haul travel in Barcelona.”
Since 2023, LEVEL has held the position of the leading long-haul operator at Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport. For the 2025/26 winter season, the airline will account for 18% of the total seats offered. In the North Atlantic segment (United States and Canada), its market share will rise to 29%, surpassing the second-largest operator by six percentage points.
