Breeze Airways announced this Thursday its arrival at five new cities on the West Coast of the U.S. Starting in March 2026, passengers will have access to direct or simplified connecting flights from Burbank (California), Arcata (California), Redmond (Oregon), Eugene (Oregon), and Pasco/Tri-Cities (Washington). This expansion brings its network to over 300 routes across 76 cities in 34 states—an impressive achievement for an airline with just four years of operation.

A Direct Response to Sustained Growth

This announcement coincides with Breeze Airways closing its second consecutive quarter of operational profits. According to David Neeleman, founder and CEO of Breeze Airways, this expansion addresses travelers’ strong interest in a hybrid model that combines comfort, competitive pricing, and a modern experience:

“Our continued growth demonstrates that our unique way of flying—mixing affordability with high-value options like premium seats and onboard WiFi—not only works but is highly sought after by today’s travelers.”

Recognition and Innovation

Breeze has been named one of the World’s Most Innovative Companies of 2025 by Fast Company for its disruptive approach to economical air travel. It was also ranked the third-best U.S. domestic airline by Travel + Leisure in 2025, appearing in the top four every year since its founding.

With a modern fleet of Airbus A220-300s, no change or cancellation fees, fast onboard WiFi, premium seating options, and family-friendly policies like free group seating, Breeze is redefining what it means to fly well at a low cost.
