GOL Linhas Aéreas has announced the resumption of its direct routes to one of the most sought-after tourist destinations in the Southern Cone: Punta del Este, Uruguay. The flights will operate during the peak of the 2025/2026 Austral summer season, featuring two key routes: from São Paulo/Guarulhos and from Buenos Aires/Aeroparque.
Dates, Schedules, and Frequencies
Operations will begin on December 21, 2025, and run through February 23, 2026, with a frequency of two weekly flights per route, scheduled on Thursdays and Sundays.

GOL will utilize Boeing 737 aircraft configured to carry up to 176 passengers for both routes.
Connectivity Beyond São Paulo
GOL’s hub at Guarulhos will expand access to and from Punta del Este, not only for travelers from São Paulo but also for passengers from other Brazilian cities such as Rio de Janeiro, Brasília, Belo Horizonte, Curitiba, Recife, and more.
