Binter will add a new direct destination from Badajoz. Starting December 1, 2025, the airline will link the capital of the province of Badajoz with Tenerife North through two weekly flights. Operations will take place on Mondays and Fridays, thereby enhancing connectivity between Extremadura and the Canary Islands.
This addition strengthens the airline’s commitment to the region, as it previously only offered routes to Gran Canaria. With the introduction of the Tenerife route, the weekly frequency doubles to four flights—an improvement driven by the positive reception of the route launched in April.
Schedules Designed for Greater Convenience
Flights to Tenerife will depart from Badajoz on Mondays at 12:30 and on Fridays at 12:05. Return flights from the island are scheduled on Mondays at 08:30 and on Fridays at 08:15.
Meanwhile, connections with Gran Canaria continue to operate on Tuesdays and Saturdays. In this case, departures from Badajoz are at 13:35, arriving on the island at 14:45 local time. Return flights depart from Gran Canaria at 09:45, landing on the peninsula at 12:55.

Inter-Island Connections at No Extra Cost
One of the advantages of flying with Binter is the possibility of connecting to any airport in the archipelago at no additional cost. The company operates an average of 220 daily inter-island flights, allowing passengers to reach any destination within the Canaries at the same price as their original ticket.
This means that travelers from Badajoz will not only have direct access to Tenerife and Gran Canaria, but also to destinations such as La Palma, Lanzarote, El Hierro, or Fuerteventura, thanks to the airline’s internal network.
Premium Onboard Experience
Flights will be operated using the Embraer E195-E2. Its cabin configuration stands out for offering more legroom and eliminating the middle seat, ensuring greater comfort.
This is complemented by a high-end onboard service, which includes a gourmet snack for all passengers, regardless of the fare purchased.
