Caribbean Airlines announced this Thursday the temporary suspension of its operations between Port of Spain (Trinidad) and Caracas, Venezuela, throughout September 2025, without disclosing the reasons. The measure directly impacts flights BW 300 and BW 301, scheduled for September 6, 13, 20, and 27.
The airline operates a weekly frequency between the two capitals on Saturdays.
Options for Passengers
The company reported that customers with confirmed bookings on the affected routes are being contacted directly. They may choose to:
- Reschedule their trip without penalty, provided the same cabin class is maintained and subject to availability.
- Request a full refund of their tickets through the Caribbean Airlines Call Centre, ticket offices, or travel agencies.
- Be rebooked on future Caribbean Airlines flights at no additional charge.

Additionally, the airline confirmed that it will facilitate rebooking on other airlines, subject to seat availability, ensuring alternatives for passengers who need to travel during the month of the suspension.
