Ryanair announced this Wednesday the addition of two new routes from Castellón Airport to Manchester (United Kingdom) and Bologna (Italy), as part of its schedule for the summer 2026 season. Both connections will be available twice a week, from June 1st until the end of September.
With these additions, the Irish airline expands its summer network from Castellón to a total of 10 destinations, consolidating its presence in 7 international markets. This expansion aims not only to boost tourism in the region but also to strengthen strategic links with key cities for the local ceramic industry and its commercial relations.

Alejandra Ruiz, Ryanair’s spokesperson in Spain, highlighted the value of these new routes for the community: “Ryanair is pleased to offer more options and benefits to both citizens and visitors of Castellón with our new routes to Manchester and Bologna, which will operate twice a week from June 1st until the end of September, as part of our summer 2026 schedule. These routes will support the growth of tourism and industry in Castellón, connecting the region with key strategic markets. Ryanair reaffirms its commitment to the region, where we continue to deliver more traffic, connectivity, and low fares.”
Flights are already available for booking on the airline’s official website. This initiative is part of Ryanair’s strategy to consolidate its presence in the Spanish market and offer competitive alternatives for travelers during the peak season.
