Alliance with Migracion Colombia to Streamline Processes
Parallel to its network growth, Avianca announced the extension of the Biomig enrollment campaign, developed in alliance with Migracion Colombia. The initiative seeks to address the expected increase in passengers and reduce times at immigration controls.
Benefits of Biomig System for Travelers
Individuals enrolling in Biomig for the first time will receive a promotional code equivalent to 25 US dollars or 5,000 Lifemiles, valid for redemption on international flights operated by Avianca. In addition to the incentive, the system allows the immigration process to be completed in less than 24 seconds when entering or exiting the country, thanks to iris registration and personal information being recorded in official databases.
Available Enrollment Locations and Dates
Enrollment will be available until December 31, 2025, at specific locations in Colombia: Counter 68 at El Dorado Airport in Bogota, the international departures area at Jose Maria Cordova Airport in Medellin, and the service filter at Rafael Nunez Airport in Cartagena.
