On November 25, the Lufthansa Group inaugurated its renovated Premium check-in area in Terminal 1, Hall A of Frankfurt Airport. The goal is clear: to offer First Class travelers, HON Circle members, Senators, and Star Alliance Gold customers a modern environment that optimizes every step before their flight. The facility combines comfort and agility to enhance the welcome for users of the group’s services.

Francesco Sciortino, Hub Manager Frankfurt & Accountable Manager Lufthansa Airlines, emphasized that the passenger guides every decision of the company. He pointed out that this space combines comfort, speed, and personalized service at the highest level. He also stated that the reopening represents a milestone in the cooperation between Lufthansa and Fraport, and that both entities are driving infrastructure designed to elevate the airport experience.

For her part, Stephanie Pudwitz, Head of Central Infrastructure Management at Fraport AG, highlighted the value of collaboration with the group. She affirmed that the result demonstrates how joint work can generate innovative solutions, and that the design reflects the needs expressed by Lufthansa. Direct access from the P31 parking garage, located next to the building, adds smoothness to the journey.
