Air France transformed flight AF422 between Paris and Bogota into a high-end culinary stage on March 4, 2026, featuring the on-board presence of three-Michelin-starred chef Régis Marcon to personally present his exclusive creations to Business Class passengers.

A “Culinary Heights” Experience at 30,000 Feet

As part of its “Culinary Heights” event, the carrier offered an exceptional gastronomic experience on the route connecting Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport with Bogota. Chef Régis Marcon, a Bocuse d’Or winner, actively participated in the cabin service alongside the crew and François Adamski—also a Bocuse d’Or recipient, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, and Corporate Chef at Servair.

During the flight, Marcon interacted with customers to gather first-hand impressions of the dishes designed exclusively for the airline, marking a milestone in personalized long-haul service.

Signature Menu: Nature and French Refinement

Marcon’s culinary proposal for the Business cabin is inspired by the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, prioritizing fresh, seasonal products. Highlights of this exceptional menu included:
