Brazilian airframer Embraer has reported a historic start to 2026. The company achieved unprecedented revenue for a first quarter, driven primarily by the solid performance of its Defense & Security and Commercial Aviation divisions, consolidating its profitability and operational efficiency.

A Quarter of Financial and Operational Milestones

During the first quarter of 2026 (1Q26), Embraer reached revenues of $1.4 billion, representing a 31% year-on-year increase. This historic result was supported by strong discipline in cost management and production efficiency.

The company reported an adjusted EBIT (Earnings Before Interest and Taxes) of $94 million. This equates to an operating margin of 6.5%, surpassing the 5.6% recorded in the same period last year.

Embraer continued to accelerate its development and innovation programs. When including the resources injected into its urban air mobility subsidiary, Eve, total investment rose to $148.6 million, up from $124.5 million the previous year.
