The airline has closed ticket sales for the period between October 6, 2026, and January 11, 2027. As a result of this modification, the earliest flight available for booking out of Houston is scheduled for January 12, 2027, although the carrier cautions that further schedule adjustments remain highly likely.

According to current reservation systems, the service between Houston and Caracas is planned as a daily operation utilizing Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft. The scheduled timetable is as follows:
- Flight UA1046: Departs Houston at 23:55, arriving in Caracas at 06:30 (+1) the following day.
- Flight UA1045: Departs Caracas at 09:00, arriving in Houston at 12:35.

The resumption of United’s service on this route has undergone multiple revisions to its scheduled launch dates:
- Initial Plan: The reconnection was originally scheduled to begin on August 11, 2026.
- First Postponement: Following the first revision, the launch date was moved to October 6, 2026.
- Current Status: Restart date scheduled for January 12, 2027.
The ongoing adjustment of restart dates demonstrates that the operation of the Houston–Caracas route remains under continuous evaluation within United Airlines’ network planning department.
