Thus, the company was able to increase its capacity to a level of 63% in July and 79% in August, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.europapress.es\/economia\/noticia-aerolinea-mexicana-low-cost-volaris-pierde-877-millones-tercer-trimestre-20201023134321.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">EuropaPress<\/a> reported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Volaris explains that in September, which is a month with few trips, it cautiously increased capacity to 84%, while focusing on increasing total the foreign airlines have not returned after the pandemic.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the third quarter, the company reduced its operating income by 50.3%, to MXN 4,724 million (US$ 225.9 million), mainly influenced by the income from passengers, which fell by 50%, to MXN 4,640 million (US$ 221.9 million).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Volaris&#8217; operating result went into negative territory, with losses
