Technological advances, as well as a growing interest in knowing what lies beyond the borders of our planet, have encouraged space exploration as it did not happen several decades advances.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today, practically all of us have our eyes on what is happening (or may happen) in space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aware of this growing trend, an architectural firm in Japan has proposed an innovative and sophisticated Space Airport, said Felipe Sasso of digitaltrends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>See also: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/en\/2020\/10\/heathrow-airport-loses-crown-as-the-busiest-airport-in-europe.html\">Heathrow airport loses crown as the busiest airport in Europe.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This futuristic center, designed for Tokyo Bay, would be called Spaceport City, and would have four floors and features similar to a conventional airport, only it would have berthing parts for the rockets and more spacecraft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The space airport would be designed for commercial suborbital spacecraft that take off horizontally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also, a layer of solar panels on top of the main structure would allow the installation of patios, outdoor gardens and even farmland on a different scale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An immense tower would serve so that the complex can be seen without problems at high altitude by those ships that need to land.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile, the upper levels of the main structure are also designed so that passengers can watch the ships take off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spaceport City would also seek to encourage space tourism with ships that make various trips to and from orbit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The architectural studio in charge hopes to build
