Emirates<\/strong> is taking its Airbus A380 experience to the next level with the launch of its new Premium Economy cabin product, along with improvements and a revamped look in all cabins on board its latest superjumbo jet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While others are cutting costs, Emirates is working hard to restore products and services that we have had to suspend or adjust due to pandemic precautions, and introduce new offerings and improvements. True to our promise to fly better, Emirates continues to invest in providing our customers with the best possible experience,” said Tim Clark, Chairman of Emirates Airline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The airline received its last A380 aircraft last week, and its remaining order of 5 superjumbo jets will also be delivered with premium economy cabins for 2021 and 2022. Emirates’ Premium Economy will also be installed on some of its Boeing 777X aircraft that will join the fleet in 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The airline revealed details of its much-anticipated Premium Economy cabin, which offers 56 seats in a 2-4-2 cabin configuration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a tilt of up to 40 inches, the seats are 19.5 inches wide, and recline 8 inches into a comfortable position with ample room to stretch. Covered in cream-colored leather with stitching details and a wood-panel finish similar to that of the Business Class, each seat is designed to provide optimal comfort and support with headrests, calf rests and 6-way adjustable footrests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each seat has a 13.3\u2033 screen, one of the largest in its class, for enjoying the variety of music, movies, television, news and other content offered by the airline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customers will also find easy access loading points, a large dining table and a side cocktail table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Premium Economy is located at the front of the main deck, with 3 toilets dedicated to customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
