For this task, the airline&#8217;s maintenance personnel supervised the painting work to ensure compliance with all the manufacturer&#8217;s requirements and technical specifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>See also: <\/em><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/en\/2021\/03\/avianca-holdings-temporarily-suspends-24-international-routes.html\"><em>Avianca Holdings temporarily suspends 24 international routes.<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The re-painting of the E190 fleet is one of the main rebranding actions that made up the &#8220;Integral Communications Plan&#8221; of the merger project between Aerolineas Argentinas and Austral, which has a great impact on the public and passengers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is worth mentioning that this same aircraft will be the one that will soon make the inaugural flight at the reopening of Jorge Newbery Airport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The merger between Aerol\u00edneas Argentinas and Austral was completed on November 30, 2020 when the companies received the ANAC certification that allows them to operate in a unified manner. The process was initiated in May and was carried out in record time considering its complexity. From the operational point of view, areas such as maintenance, pilots and crews were unified, thus eliminating duplicated structures and pre-existing unproductiveness.
