This means 200% more connections from Munich and around 50% more from Frankfurt compared to the current week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>See also: <\/em><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/en\/2021\/01\/lufthansa-will-make-the-longest-passenger-flight-in-its-history.html\"><em>Lufthansa will make the longest passenger flight in its history.<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Destinations in Spain are particularly in demand. The airline is therefore flying to almost all of the Canary Islands for the first time. Capacities from Munich to Gran Canaria and Fuerteventura will double even for Easter, and from Frankfurt, capacities to Gran Canaria and Tenerife will increase by 50%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mallorca is currently in particularly high demand among travelers. Lufthansa has therefore responded by significantly increasing the number of flights to Mallorca: instead of two flights a week from Munich, there will now be up to eleven weekly connections, and from Frankfurt, instead of six flights a week, there will now be up to 20 weekly connections during the Easter travel season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, Eurowings is successively expanding its frequencies to Mallorca: The airline plans up to 325 weekly flights from 24 airports in Germany and the UK to Palma de Mallorca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the case of flights abroad, Cancun in Mexico and San Jos\u00e9 in
