{"id":107047,"date":"2021-03-15T23:58:00","date_gmt":"2021-03-15T23:58:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/?p=107047"},"modified":"2021-03-16T00:00:29","modified_gmt":"2021-03-16T00:00:29","slug":"flight-bookings-to-spain-with-easyjet-soar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aviacionaldia.com\/en\/2021\/03\/flight-bookings-to-spain-with-easyjet-soar.html","title":{"rendered":"Flight bookings to Spain with EasyJet soar."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The airline <strong>easyJet<\/strong> has recorded an increase in bookings to Spain from Switzerland and Germany, following the Swiss government&#8217;s decision to add Spain to the list of territories exempt from quarantine and the announcement by the German government to stop considering Castilla-La Mancha, the Valencian Community, Extremadura, La Rioja, Murcia and the Balearic Islands as risk areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>See also: <\/em><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/en\/2020\/12\/easyjet-will-change-carry-on-policy.html\"><em>EasyJet will change carry-on policy.<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Specifically, bookings on routes connecting the Swiss regions of Basel and Geneva with Spain increased by more than 150% and, in the case of Germany, grew by up to 466% on the connection between Berlin and Palma de Mallorca, compared to the status of bookings on the same day the previous week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>easyJet&#8217;s managing director for Southern Europe, Javier G\u00e1ndara, stressed that the increase in bookings &#8220;proves once again the desire of people, whether from Switzerland or Germany, to travel again for leisure or to visit friends and family.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The airline offers flexible booking policies that allow customers to book their travel with the confidence that if their plans change, so can their booking.
