{"id":114748,"date":"2021-08-10T18:30:00","date_gmt":"2021-08-10T18:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/?p=114748"},"modified":"2021-08-11T11:25:33","modified_gmt":"2021-08-11T11:25:33","slug":"singapore-airlines-detected-no-problems-airbus-a350s","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aviacionaldia.com\/en\/2021\/08\/singapore-airlines-detected-no-problems-airbus-a350s.html","title":{"rendered":"Singapore Airlines says has detected no problems with its Airbus A350s."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Singapore Airlines (SIA)<\/strong> has not detected problems with its <strong>Airbus A350<\/strong> planes that were reported by Qatar Airways, and will continue to operate the aircraft, the airline told <a href=\"https:\/\/www.straitstimes.com\/singapore\/transport\/sia-has-not-had-degradation-with-airbus-a350-reported-by-qatar-will-not-ground\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">The Straits Times<\/a> on Tuesday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SIA stated that it &#8220;has not experienced the problems reported by Qatar Airways that forced it to ground 13 of its Airbus A350s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>See also:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/en\/2021\/06\/qatar-airways-denies-any-plans-to-start-passenger-flights-to-mexico.html\">Qatar Airways denies any plans to start passenger flights to Mexico.<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Singapore&#8217;s national carrier had 55 A350s in its operating fleet as at the end of the last quarter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qatar Airways announced last Friday it had been instructed by its regulator to ground 13 A350 planes. It said this was due to a &#8220;significant condition&#8221; across the fleet in which the fuselage surface below the paint was degrading at an accelerated rate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aerospace executives have accused Qatar Airways of seizing on such details in the past to delay taking deliveries or gain leverage in other negotiations, a suggestion that the carrier has denied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Photo:
