{"id":115113,"date":"2021-08-18T19:30:00","date_gmt":"2021-08-18T19:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/?p=115113"},"modified":"2021-08-19T02:01:34","modified_gmt":"2021-08-19T02:01:34","slug":"aerolineas-argentinas-ticket-change-self-management","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aviacionaldia.com\/en\/2021\/08\/aerolineas-argentinas-ticket-change-self-management.html","title":{"rendered":"Aerolineas Argentinas launches ticket change self-management system."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Aerol\u00edneas Argentinas <\/strong>announced this Wednesday its new 6-step ticket change self-management system that will allow passengers to manage the change of tickets issued in Argentina from the company&#8217;s website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the main attractions of the new service is that those passengers who have had a rescheduling of more than 4 hours will be able to change their flight date up to 15 days before or after. Such change will be free of charge as long as the same cabin and stay at the destination is respected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>See also: <\/em><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/en\/2021\/08\/aerolineas-argentinas-resumes-flights-federal-corridor.html\"><em>Aerol\u00edneas Argentinas resumes flights the Federal Corridor connecting Mendoza, Salta and Iguaz\u00fa.<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the time being, the new tool will not take the management of tickets with miles, open, past dates or &#8220;superflex&#8221; changes, so these procedures must be carried out through Aerol\u00edneas Argentinas&#8217; other communication channels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;This represents a significant improvement in the service we offer to our passengers and considerably decompresses the rest of the customer service channels. Without waiting times and with greater autonomy so that they can choose the most convenient option,&#8221; said Pablo Ceriani, head of Aerol\u00edneas Argentinas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2
