At JetSMART we are honored to become the first low-cost airline in the region that has been certified, by such a prestigious institution as Skytrax, complying with the highest safety standards that JetSMART offers to each of our customers.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>\u2192<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/en\/2021\/10\/copa-airlines-introduces-option-connectmiles-members.html\">Copa Airlines intr<\/a><\/em><a href=\"https:\/en\/2021\/10\/copa-airlines-introduces-option-connectmiles-members.html\"><em>oduces option for ConnectMiles members to multiply their miles.<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The COVID-19 Safety Audit conducted by Skytrax assessed all safety and hygiene protocols introduced by JetSMART during COVID-19 to enhance customer and staff safety. The COVID-19 Safety Rating evaluates front-line facilities and service to determine how effectively and consistently COVID-19 procedures are being provided, including airport and onboard cleanliness, hygiene and disinfection procedures, standard and usage conformity of staff PPE, Covid signage and information, application of social distancing, hand sanitiser facilities, PA guidance, staff
