In the midst of the recovery of travel and tourism affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, Jos\u00e9 Luis Garza \u00c1lvarez, former CEO of the airline Interjet, incorporated Aerala<\/strong>, a company that will be dedicated to the provision of passenger, cargo and parcel transportation in Mexico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Aerala’s corporate purpose will be the establishment and provision of public air transport services for passengers, cargo, parcels and mail, domestic and international, regular and non-scheduled, subject to concessions, permits or authorizations from the Ministry of Communications and Transportation,” according to documents viewed by Forbes Mexico<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The airline will fulfill its corporate purpose through the operation of aircraft of different types and characteristics, on assigned and authorized routes, as well as the purchase and sale and lease of any kind of real and personal property and rights, it adds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jos\u00e9 Luis Garza \u00c1lvarez, former CEO of Interjet, and partner Salvador Ram\u00edrez Canizal, incorporated the company Aerala with a capital of 10 thousand pesos on October 26, 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A couple of weeks later, JLG Soluciones de Negocios, which is managed by Jos\u00e9 Luis Garza \u00c1lvarez, applied for the registration of 6 trademarks of Aerala before the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the applications filed with IMPI, Aerala wants to offer airline transportation services, as well as packaging and storage of goods and travel arrangements in Mexico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2192 Final touches <\/a><\/em><\/strong>are put on Mexico City\u2019s new airport.<\/strong><\/em><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Other trademarks call for Aerala to appear in brochures, flyers and printed publications, as well as business management and telecommunications services for airline passengers. Today Aerala’s website says it will soon show which routes it will fly and the services to be offered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aerala plans to establish maintenance centers, for online and major services, in the national territory and abroad, authorized and certified by the competent authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company founded by Jos\u00e9 Luis Garza \u00c1lvarez will be able to design, build, install and operate, exploit and commercialize maintenance centers, hangars, warehouses, bonded warehouses and infrastructure, for the aeronautical operations of the company, for its air equipment and third parties, to represent manufacturers of air equipment, parts and components, ground support equipment, MROs, hangars and complementary equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aerala is another airline that could fly from the Felipe \u00c1ngeles International Airport, one of the projects promoted by the government of Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
