{"id":121944,"date":"2022-02-11T20:00:00","date_gmt":"2022-02-11T20:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/?p=121944"},"modified":"2022-02-12T12:27:24","modified_gmt":"2022-02-12T12:27:24","slug":"emirates-opens-new-lounge-for-children-and-youth","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aviacionaldia.com\/en\/2022\/02\/emirates-opens-new-lounge-for-children-and-youth.html","title":{"rendered":"Emirates opens new lounge for children and youth."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Children and Young travellers flying <strong>Emirates<\/strong> as unaccompanied minors can now relax and wait for their flight in a newly upgraded lounge dedicated for them at Dubai International Airport, located next to Emirates\u2019 First Class Lounge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Emirates\u2019 lounge for unaccompanied minors is open 24\/7, and the newly upgraded facility offers fun video games, drinks and snacks, comfortable seating areas, free wi-fi, and washrooms designed for kids.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u2192 <a href=\"https:\/en\/2022\/02\/emirates-resumes-flights-to-casablanca.html\">Emirates resumes flights to Casablanca from February 8.<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parents or guardians who have pre-booked Emirates\u2019 Unaccompanied Minor service, can drop off their young flyers at Dubai Airport Terminal 3, where Emirates\u2019 airport team will check them in for their flights in a special lounge area for unaccompanied minors. This facility is located in between the Economy and First\/Business Class Check-in halls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After check-in formalities are completed, one of Emirates\u2019 friendly airport services team members will escort the young flyers through immigration and security, onward to their dedicated departure lounge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Young flyers enjoy priority boarding, and Emirates cabin crew will be waiting to welcome young flyers at the aircraft door, and help them to find their seats and settle in for their flight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u2192 <a href=\"https:\/en\/2021\/11\/emirates-retrofit-programme-105-aircraft.html\">Emirates announces major retrofit programme 105 aircraft.<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Onboard, young flyers can look forward to delicious meals and snacks designed for their palates, toys and activity packs, and kid-sized headsets to enjoy the selection of over 50 Disney movies and 130+ TV channels for young travellers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Emirates&#8217; services for unaccompanied minors must be booked in advance of travel and are available for children ages 5 to 11 traveling without an adult, and for youth
