Aerol\u00edneas Argentinas <\/strong>said Thursday that due to the strike announced by ATEPSA (Association of Air Navigation Safety and Security Employees and Technicians), the company’s flights may be affected by eventual rescheduling in the next few days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For Friday, the airline has had to reschedule 101 departures, in principle with an impact of no more than 2 hours. This measure affects more than 12,000 passengers who are being notified by e-mail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2192 Aerolineas Argentinas will resume its daily flights to Madrid.<\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, he recommended passengers to check the status of their flight through Aerol\u00edneas Argentinas’ website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“This kind of measures throw overboard a good part of the effort that all the actors of the industry have been making to sustain the operation and jobs in such a difficult context as it was the last 2 years. We hope that the measure will be reviewed and that it will not affect the Carnival long weekend, which is a very important date for the country’s tourism industry”, said Pablo Ceriani, head of Aerol\u00edneas Argentinas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The rescheduled flights are mainly from the domestic network and affect 40 departures from Aeroparque, 4 departures from Ezeiza and 57 flights from the interior of the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
