{"id":122332,"date":"2022-02-21T21:00:00","date_gmt":"2022-02-21T21:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/?p=122332"},"modified":"2022-02-22T00:49:15","modified_gmt":"2022-02-22T00:49:15","slug":"qatar-airways-unveils-retro-livery-aircraft","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aviacionaldia.com\/en\/2022\/02\/qatar-airways-unveils-retro-livery-aircraft.html","title":{"rendered":"Qatar Airways unveils retro livery aircraft to celebrate 25 years of operation"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Qatar Airways <\/strong>has welcomed a retro livery<strong> Boeing 777-300 <\/strong>aircraft as part of its 25th anniversary celebrations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The aircraft made its retro livery debut operating as Flight QR 0041 from Hamad International Airport (HIA), Doha, to Charles de Gaulle Airport, Paris, and will become a familiar sight on a variety of other Qatar Airways routes over the coming 12 months, celebrating 25 years of excellence for the award-winning airline during its milestone year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>\u2192 <a href=\"https:\/en\/2022\/02\/qatar-airways-seeking-to-reinstate-a321neo-jets-order.html\">Qatar Airways seeking to reinstate an A321neo jets order cancelled by Airbus.<\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe are tremendously excited to celebrate our 25th anniversary by introducing this unique aircraft to our fleet. We hope this retro design will bring many memories of travel to our passengers, especially those who experienced travelling with us in our early years. This livery marks the milestone of how far we have come as the national carrier, evolving into a six-time World\u2019s Best Airline winner&#8221;, Qatar Airways Group Chief Executive, Akbar Al Baker said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>\u2192 <a href=\"https:\/en\/2022\/01\/qatar-airways-orders-34-777x-freighters.html\">Qatar Airways orders 34 777X freighters, with option for 16 more.<\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As the world\u2019s fastest-growing global airline, with one of the youngest, most technologically-advanced fleet of aircraft in the skies to date, Qatar Airways has undergone a dramatic transformation since its creation as a small regional carrier serving a small number of destinations in 1997, into one of the world\u2019s leading global
