Air Europa <\/strong>resumed the flights it had before the pandemic in North Africa, operating to Tunis and Marrakech with two weekly frequencies to both cities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The reopening of these routes by the airline is part of the growth plan activated by the company, which foresees to adapt the activity to the needs of the market and the demand, and to progressively recover full operability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Flights to the Tunisian capital and Morocco’s most international and renowned city will take off from Adolfo Su\u00e1rez Madrid Barajas Airport on Sundays and Thursdays, while return flights will operate on Mondays and Fridays. Upon arrival at the Madrid hub, passengers can connect with the more than 60 domestic, European and transoceanic flights operated by the airline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both routes, which began operating in 2017 to Marrakech and 2019 to Tunis, have always performed well before the outbreak of the pandemic, and are expected to remain in the same line of evolution. In fact, Air Europa is offering passengers more than 32,500 seats to North Africa this year and is forecasting an average occupancy rate of around 75% in the coming months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
