Applications and details about all career opportunities in the sectors of operations, engineering, and administration, among others, are available at the site: <a href=\"https:\/\/embraer.gupy.io\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">https:\/\/embraer.gupy.io\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the estimates already presented to the market, this year the volume of aircraft deliveries will increase between 15% and 25% compared to the previous year. The growing flow to recover the company&#8217;s full potential is expected to continue for the coming years, in line with reports presented by the International Air Transport Association (IATA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u2192 <a href=\"https:\/en\/2022\/05\/embraer-and-nac-agree-first-conversion-deal.html\">Embraer and NAC agree first conversion deal for up to 10 E190F\/E195F.<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;These hires materialize the strategic plan that includes the resumption of aviation growth and all investment in technology, innovation and new businesses at Embraer. We are very excited about the market prospects that generate career opportunities in several areas of the company,&#8221; said Carlos Alberto Griner, vice-president People, ESG and Communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Along the last two years, Embraer has ensured the organization\u2019s sustainability and engineering capacity in the face of the impacts caused by Covid-19 on the global economy and the cancellation of the company\u2019s partnership with Boeing. In order to remain competitive and get through the crisis in the sector, a strategic plan was drawn up and executed, allowing the company to recover and resume a new growth cycle, including rehiring for operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The hiring considers a more diverse outlook, valuing individuality, ESG commitments and are connected to the trends of the future of work, with permanently remote vacancies and hybrid models for the activities, for example. A more flexible environment, which matches employees\u2019 interest while strengthening the culture of innovation and knowledge generation, makes Embraer increasingly attractive to talents who aspire
