KLM and IndiGo<\/strong>, India’s largest airline, have signed a codeshare agreement that allows KLM customers to book to 16 new destinations in India, and IndiGo customers to purchase tickets to destinations in the KLM network in Europe and the United States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Currently, KLM flies daily to Delhi, five times a week to Mumbai and, from May 23, three times a week to Bangalore. Thanks to this agreement, customers on these flights will be able to transfer seamlessly to IndiGo’s extensive domestic network in India. With cities such as Hyderabad, Jaipur, Goa and Chennai, the partnership provides access to both the country’s major business centers and popular holiday destinations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now that the world is opening up again, we can work with IndiGo to offer our customers more business and leisure destinations in the large and important Indian market. Thanks to these network partners, we are connecting the world,” said Pieter Elbers, President and CEO of KLM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

IndiGo is one of the fastest growing low-cost airlines in the world. With its fleet of more than 275 aircraft, IndiGo operates more than 1,000 daily flights connecting 70 domestic and 24 international destinations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
