began operations in Peru"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Low-cost airline<strong> Volaris<\/strong> began operations in Peru on Thursday with two routes to Lima from Mexico City and Cancun, according to the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;We want to be part of the transformation of commercial aviation in Peru, while expanding in South America our successful business model that democratizes the skies for more people to travel well,&#8221; said Volaris executive vice president Holger Blankenstein during a press conference in Lima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>\u2192 <a href=\"https:\/en\/2022\/05\/volaris-announces-10-new-routes-from-mexicos-new-airport.html\">Volaris announces 10 new routes from Mexico\u2019s new airport.<\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The airline will allocate two airplanes for the operation in Lima and more than 25,000 seats per month, under the &#8220;ultra low cost&#8221; scheme to offer the lowest fares between Peru and Mexico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Volaris Costa Rica will inaugurate its direct flights between San Jos\u00e9 and Lima this Friday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The airline operates in Mexico, the United States, Central and
