In one of its Airbus A320 the airline presented a new design that alludes to the colors of this insignia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>\u2192 <a href=\"https:\/en\/2022\/06\/avianca-announces-flights-to-cali-and-medellin-from-cucuta.html\">Avianca announces flights to Cali and Medell\u00edn from C\u00facuta.<\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With this aircraft, the airline reiterates its long history in matters of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>More than 32 nationalities make up the company.<\/li><li>47% of employees are between 20 and 40 years old and more than 30% are between 41 and 60 years old.<\/li><li>5,147 women are part of the company -186 of them hold management positions, 99 are pilots and 211 are from the maintenance team.<\/li><li>10 people with disabilities are in customer service roles.<\/li><li>Employees with partners of the same gender have enjoyed the benefit of tickets since the year 2000.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDiversity goes beyond a celebration, it is in our DNA to bring people together and serve as a window to open our eyes to the world.
