Arajet<\/strong>, the new low-priced Dominican airline, began selling tickets with prices starting at $55 one way and $149 round trip, taxes included, for different destinations in North, Central, South America and the Caribbean, which will connect Santo Sunday with new tourist and commercial experiences, turning the country into a hub for the Americas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cFor Ecuador we will have rates starting at USD 241 from Guayaquil and USD 262 from Quito round trip, including taxes. Thus, Ecuadorians will be able to enjoy the lowest rates with an excellent and warm world-class service on board\u201d, said V\u00edctor Pacheco, president of Arajet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The airline arrives in Ecuador with a proposal for direct flights, which will simplify the travel process, at affordable prices and with 3 types of fares: smart, comfort and extra, which are adapted to the needs of each person. Arajet is building an extensive network of routes, at its base in Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic, with point-to-point flights from Quito and Guayaquil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEcuador did not have a direct flight offer to Santo Domingo, therefore, Arajet brings a new travel alternative that democratizes these routes, allowing more Ecuadorians to travel at competitive prices. From September 15, we will include flights from Santo Domingo to various destinations in Latin America and we are sure that our value proposition will mark a before and after in the way of traveling in Latin America and will turn Santo Domingo into an important connection hub. airlines that expand connectivity with other destinations in the Americas and the Caribbean\u201d, Pacheco pointed out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Arajet will make its first flight on September 15 to Barranquilla, Cali and Cartagena in Colombia; Lima, in Peru; Guatemala City in Guatemala; San Salvador, in El Salvador and St Maarten, Aruba and Cura\u00e7ao in the Caribbean. While the flights to Quito and Guayaquil, in Ecuador, are expected to start in October.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The airline announced that, starting in October, it will increase its routes, adding flights to Toronto and Montreal, in Canada; Medellin and Bogota, in Colombia; San Jose in Costa Rica; and Kingston, Jamaica; with which it will establish a wide network of 20 destinations in 12 countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
