Viva Aerobus<\/strong> announced this Monday the birth of Doters, its first loyalty and rewards program that will allow all people to earn Points every time they travel, to later exchange them for new flights, additional services, bus tickets and many more products and services of the entire network of doters allies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Joining Doters is completely free, passengers just have to fill out a simple form, either on the Viva Aerobus website; in your Viva App; the Doters website (www.doters.com); or on the Doters app; and, in less than a minute, they will start enjoying the benefits of the airline rewards program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After this registration, each purchase, both in Viva Aerobus and in any other company that is part of the network of Doters allies, will earn Points that will be used to acquire or complement the payment of plane tickets, add additional services to the flight such as extra luggage , selection of VIP seats and even to cover the Airport Use Fee (TUA); among other services or products available from said network. In this way, the user will be able to use their Points, or a combination of Points and money, and thus make the entire payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Doters loyalty and rewards program has three levels: green, silver and gold; each of them offers benefits to its members that allow them to take their travel experience to another level. Airline travelers can, depending on their level, have free regular seat selection, priority boarding and check-in, free extra baggage, priority service at the Viva Aerobus and Doters contact center, among other benefits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Doters is a unique proposition as, unlike other rewards programs, it is possible to transfer points between users through its app. In addition, as a result of the comprehensive connectivity -air and land- offered by Viva Aerobus as part of the Grupo IAMSA transport conglomerate, the first allies of the Doters program coalition are the ETN Turistar, Costaline and Autov\u00edas La L\u00ednea bus lines. In this way, by traveling with these companies, Doters members will also be able to accumulate points and receive exclusive benefits on their ground transportation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
