In addition, we will resume flights between Caracas-Bogot\u00e1 and Valencia-Bogot\u00e1. The exchange and cooperation between our peoples restart on the right foot,\u201d Maduro wrote on Twitter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gustavo Petro, president of Colombia, confirmed the announcement made by Maduro on Twitter.
