Air New Zealand<\/strong> inaugurated Saturday its new route between Auckland and New York, the first non-stop flight between the two cities and the longest in the airline’s network, with an average flight time of about 17 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The route will operate three weekly frequencies on Boeing 787-9 aircraft, with capacity for 18 passengers in Business Class, 21 in Premium and 263 in Economy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2192 Turkish Airlines to increase its flights from Panama starting in October.<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Air New Zealand is proud to add the Big Apple to its list of 29 international destinations. By adding greater access to the East Coast of the United States, we are connecting our North American customers to 20 destinations in New Zealand, as well as in the Pacific and Australia, all of which are easily accessible,” said Air New Zealand Chief Executive Officer Greg Foran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Air New Zealand will offer seven destinations in North America: Chicago (from October 31), Honolulu, Houston, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Vancouver and now New York.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
