Avianca<\/strong> is revving up for the year-end season with the start of operations of 7 new direct routes, the reactivation of 15 more and the transportation of more than 4 million travelers who will fly on more than 17,000 flights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2192 Avianca starts sales program on board.<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The airline reiterated its commitment to continue connecting Colombia and its regions with the Americas and Europe. Therefore, for this year-end season, it will offer 20% more routes compared to the low season and 10% more capacity in terms of ASK (available seats per kilometer).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Undoubtedly, 2022 was a year of immense progress in strategic projects such as the agreement to create Grupo Abra together with GOL; the simplification of our fleet to stay with A320 and B787 aircraft; the reconfiguration of A320s to increase capacity by 20% with 3 differentiated seats; the simplification of our fare system; the launch of the in-flight sales service, as well as the launch of the in-flight sales service; the simplification of our fare system; the launch of the onboard sales service, as well as more than 15 additional services (ancillaries) that allow our customers to personalize their trip; the strengthening of our contact center; and the growth of key businesses such as LifeMiles and Avianca Cargo. Avianca’s customers currently have 129 routes, 3,800 weekly flights and 650,000 seats per week connecting to 24 countries and 67 destinations in the Americas and Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
