For this reason, we have always been committed to maintaining our service in the country and continuing to grow our offer of destinations and frequencies,&#8221; said Marco Ocando, Senior Director of Marketing for Copa Airlines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u2192 <a href=\"https:\/en\/2023\/01\/copa-airlines-increases-flights-to-curacao.html\">Copa Airlines Increases Flights to Cura\u00e7ao<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Venezuela has always been a tourist destination and is increasingly beginning to establish itself as a country of business opportunities. Such has been the potential that, in these 25 years, Copa Airlines has consolidated its operations in Caracas, which currently has 3 daily flights, Maracaibo, Valencia and, as of last year, on the Barcelona, Anzo\u00e1tegui route, allowing more regions of the country to quickly connect with the Americas and the Caribbean with more than 30 weekly frequencies through the Hub of the Americas in Panama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>25 years at the service of Venezuelans<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Copa Airlines has operated uninterruptedly during these 25 years, offering more than 75 destinations in the Americas and the Caribbean, through the Hub of the Americas in Panama and contributing significantly to the development of tourism and business in the country, in addition to offering a world-class service for Venezuelans that has been reflected in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Better international connectivity: Copa Airlines has 3 daily flights to and from Caracas, that is, 21 weekly flights to connect with more than 70 destinations in the continent through the Hub of the Americas in Panama, which consolidates it as one of the best options for international travel from the city. In total, it offers more than 30 weekly frequencies in Venezuela, with connectivity also from Valencia, with 6 weekly flights, Maracaibo with 4 weekly flights, and more recently Barcelona, with 3 weekly flights as well.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fast and convenient connections: With the Caracas &#8211; Panama route and connections, Venezuelans have more daily flight options and the most convenient schedules to connect to more destinations throughout the Americas in the same day. Additionally, they have many advantages that enhance the travel experience, such as easy, fast and comfortable connections at the Hub of the Americas, with an average time of 50 minutes, without going through immigration or customs, and with luggage checked directly to the final destination.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Punctuality: For Copa Airlines, passenger punctuality is a priority, which is why it was recognized by OAG as &#8220;The most punctual airline in Latin America&#8221; in 2022.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Premium services: Copa Airlines is a premium airline, which is why it offers the Dreams Business Class service that seeks to provide a superior experience, based on two fundamental elements that raise the level of its renowned world-class service: comfort and convenience, as well as the possibility of being part of the Connect Miles loyalty program, where passengers can earn miles when traveling and redeem them in trips, or many other benefits such as hotels, shopping and services of all kinds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Connect Miles: Likewise, everyone who travels with Copa Airlines can enjoy ConnectMiles, a loyalty program where travelers can earn miles every time they travel as PreferMembers and redeem them for future travel on the airline, with complimentary upgrades, better baggage allowance, additional mileage bonuses, better availability for redemption, preferential seating, discounts on fees and penalties, and access to Copa Airlines lounges or members of the Star Alliance global network, which covers more than 1,300 destinations in 193 countries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Copa boosts connectivity in Venezuela<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Roberto Pulido, general manager of Copa Airlines in Venezuela, commented that &#8220;on this anniversary we want to reaffirm our commitment to Venezuela. We want to continue supporting Venezuelan growth and for this it is of utmost importance to remain interconnected as a country and as a continent, so our goal will continue to be to work to continue connecting Venezuela in the best way with our extensive network of routes in the Americas and the Caribbean. We would also like to thank all the travelers, customers and entities involved in the tourism industry that have trusted our product and service during these 25 years&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Currently, Copa Airlines operates 6 hubs from the Hub of the Americas at Tocumen International Airport, which consolidates it as the airport with the most international destinations in Latin America, operating more than 300 daily flights. Currently, the airline operates 35 weekly flights from four destinations in Venezuela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To date, 95% of the routes that were operated pre-pandemic have been reactivated and in the last year six new routes have started operating: Armenia, C\u00facuta and Santa Marta in Colombia; Barcelona, Venezuela; Atlanta, United States; Felipe Angeles Airport in Mexico City and in 2023, we will add two new destinations starting in June: Manta in Ecuador with 3 weekly frequencies and Baltimore in the United States with 4 frequencies a week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Copa Airlines reported more than 420,000 passengers transported to and from Venezuela in 2022; this demonstrates the importance of this country to boost connectivity with the entire continent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2
