{"id":138072,"date":"2023-03-28T19:30:00","date_gmt":"2023-03-28T19:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/?p=138072"},"modified":"2023-03-28T22:16:21","modified_gmt":"2023-03-28T22:16:21","slug":"copa-airlines-was-latin-americas-most-punctual-airline-in-january-and-february","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aviacionaldia.com\/en\/2023\/03\/copa-airlines-was-latin-americas-most-punctual-airline-in-january-and-february.html","title":{"rendered":"Copa Airlines was &#8220;Latin America&#8217;s Most Punctual Airline&#8221; in January and February"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Cirium, the specialist firm in aviation sector analysis, published its monthly reports on the punctuality performance of Latin American airlines in the months of January and February 2023, where Panama&#8217;s <strong>Copa Airlines<\/strong> took first place with 86.80% and 94.39% of its flights on time, respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In January, second place went to <strong>SKY Airline<\/strong> with 86.55% of its flights on time, <strong>Latam Airlines<\/strong> ranked third with 86.20%, fourth place went to <strong>Aeromexico<\/strong> with 86.19% and in fifth place was <strong>Avianca<\/strong> with 85.30%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u2192 <a href=\"https:\/en\/2023\/02\/copa-airlines-announces-new-route-to-austin-texas.html\">Copa Airlines Announces New Route to Austin, Texas<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In February, <strong>SKY Airline<\/strong> repeated in second place with 89.02%, <strong>Avianca<\/strong> in third place with 87.89%, <strong>Viva Air<\/strong> in fourth place with 86.16%, and <strong>Latam Airlines<\/strong> in fifth place with 85.16%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It should be recalled that Cirium&#8217;s monthly reports are designed to evaluate airlines and airports that perform well in terms of punctuality. The data on which these reports are based comes from the Cirium Core, which contains more than 300 terabytes of information from more than 2,000 sources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"
