Interjet <\/strong>will resume its operations in Mexico, despite the bankruptcy process dictated this Monday by a Mexican judge, since its restructuring continues, said Alejandro del Valle de la Vega, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Mexican airline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Del Valle detailed in a video message on social networks, that the outstanding debts with workers, creditors and Mexican tax authorities will begin to be settled as of next May and estimated that by the end of the year the company will return to Mexican skies, since an extension had been requested which, “due to an error” was not submitted to the Mexican Judiciary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“One piece of not so good news is that we have just been notified that the conciliator Gerardo Sierra did not ask for an extension, which I think must be some mistake because he had already informed us that we were going to have 90 to 120 more days of extension,” commented del Valle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
