{"id":138526,"date":"2023-04-13T09:00:00","date_gmt":"2023-04-13T09:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/?p=138526"},"modified":"2023-04-14T12:00:14","modified_gmt":"2023-04-14T12:00:14","slug":"edelweiss-announces-flights-to-bogota-and-cartagena-from-zurich","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aviacionaldia.com\/en\/2023\/04\/edelweiss-announces-flights-to-bogota-and-cartagena-from-zurich.html","title":{"rendered":"Edelweiss announces flights to Bogota and Cartagena from Zurich"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Edelweiss <\/strong>announced Wednesday that it will fly to Bogota and Cartagena from Zurich starting November 22, 2023, expanding its long-haul network to 23 destinations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The route will operate two flights per week (Wednesdays and Sundays) on Airbus A340-300 aircraft with capacity for 314 passengers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u2192 <a href=\"https:\/en\/2023\/04\/swiss-to-trial-passenger-count-using-artificial-intelligence.html\">SWISS to trial passenger count using artificial intelligence<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The flights will take off from Zurich at 09:25, landing in Bogota at 15:30 (local time). They will then leave the Colombian capital at 17:00, arriving in Cartagena at 18:30. From Rafael N\u00fa\u00f1ez Airport they will take off at 19:40 direct to Switzerland, where they will land at 12:05 the following day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;We hope to bring many tourists from Switzerland to visit and explore this beautiful and diverse country. The new flight will also create a new and efficient way for Colombians traveling to Switzerland or further afield to Europe thanks to the excellent connectivity through the Zurich hub,&#8221;
