Traveling in Business Class with Air Europa <\/strong>is now closer for all passengers with Economy Class tickets. The company has become the first Spanish airline to activate the Plusgrade platform for its customers, which allows them to bid for an improvement or “upgrade” of the contracted service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Plusgrade is available, as of this week, for Economy Class customers on all Air Europa flights with Business Class.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The system allows the user to make a bid for an upgrade, either through an e-mail invitation, which he will receive seven days before his flight, or through the airline’s own website. For your bid, you start from a reference offered by the platform, being able to propose an amount lower or higher than it. Hours before the trip takes place and subject to availability, Air Europa communicates the allocation of seats to the best offers submitted. The customer only pays the indicated price when he\/she is informed that he\/she has won the bid and confirms his\/her interest in the change of category.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Traveling in Air Europa Business Class allows you to enjoy the comfort of the seats available for this category and the variety and quality of services on board. It also provides other benefits, such as access to airport lounges, check-in at an exclusive counter or priority boarding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The passenger will be able to test Plusgrade from the moment he\/she makes his\/her reservation. In any case, please note that if several passengers are included in the purchase order, Plusgrade will apply to all of them, but you can customize your settings directly with Customer Service if you only want to bid on one or more of these tickets. Also, if you are bidding on a flight with a stopover, you must indicate the segment or routing for which you are bidding to travel in Business Class.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Plusgrade initiative, which has already been implemented on a dozen domestic, European and transoceanic routes to validate its development, once again places Air Europa at the forefront of passenger marketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
