up to 32 Airbus A320neo and A321neo aircraft to upgrade its fleet, bringing the company&#8217;s new aircraft deliveries to more than 70.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;These aircraft incorporate the latest technological enhancements to offer our customers a quieter, more comfortable and fuel-efficient journey,&#8221; said Ronald Lam, Chief Executive Officer of Cathay Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u2192 <a href=\"https:\/en\/2023\/08\/pakistani-government-announces-privatization-of-pakistan-airlines.html\">Pakistani government announces privatization of Pakistan Airlines<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The airline announced that it will take delivery of these 32 new Airbus single-aisle aircraft between now and 2029, without disclosing whether they will be purchased or leased.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cathay has already taken delivery of 13 of its initial order of 32 A321neo it placed in 2017, and the new purchase will add up to another 32 Airbus
