Porter Airlines <\/strong>launches its first routes to the U.S. with flights between Canada and five Florida destinations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new routes are: Toronto-Tampa starting Nov. 1; Toronto-Fort Myers on Nov. 10; Toronto-Orlando on Nov. 21; Ottawa-Orlando on Nov. 21; Toronto-Fort Lauderdale on Nov. 30; Ottawa-Fort Lauderdale on Nov. 30; Toronto-Miami on Dec. 12.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All these flights will be operated with Embraer E195-E2 aircraft, which have a capacity for 132 passengers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Porter Airlines offers fast, free in-flight WiFi, a selection of complimentary snacks, beer and wine for all passengers. Priority check-in, extra legroom seating, premium pre-mixed cocktails and fresh, healthy meals are also available with PorterReserve all-inclusive fares or purchased a la carte with PorterClassic fares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Canadians are used to flying to Florida, but not like this. Porter’s in-flight service in economy class is unmatched by any other airline in North America. Whether it’s free WiFi, no middle seats, free beer and wine along with premium snacks, or fresh, healthy food, Porter is challenging the industry’s definition of economy air travel. We believe that time on board our aircraft is as important as it is at the destination,” said Kevin Jackson, executive vice president and chief commercial officer, Porter Airlines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
