Aerol\u00edneas Argentinas<\/strong> announced on Wednesday that it will incorporate 12 Embraer E195-E2 aircraft to replace the company’s existing E-190s.<\/p>\n

These aircraft will be delivered starting next year, with delivery to be completed in 2026. Among their main features is a larger number of seats: 136 versus 96 of the current Embraer fleet of 26 aircraft.<\/p>\n

“With this agreement we are able to modernize our fleet, increase productivity and reduce the cost per seat. Having a partner like Embraer to support and accompany us on this path of growth is a very important endorsement,” explained Pablo Ceriani, president of Aerol\u00edneas Argentinas.<\/p>\n

“We are delighted that Aerolineas Argentinas has selected the E195-E2 as a replacement for its E190s. The aircraft’s performance, reduced environmental impact and the comfort of the aircraft’s 2\u00d72 seating, with no center seats and huge internal baggage compartments, will be a significant game changer for the company and its guests,” commented Martyn Holmes, Embraer’s commercial director.<\/p>\n

It should be recalled that on Monday, a new Airbus A330, Aerol\u00edneas Argentinas’ 10th aircraft, arrived in the country. In addition, this Wednesday night another Boeing 737 MAX, the company’s ninth, will be arriving in the country.
