Wingo<\/strong> inaugurated its new Medell\u00edn – Cartagena – Medell\u00edn route this Tuesday, reaffirming the airline’s interest in becoming a more relevant player in the Colombian domestic market and in recovering low-cost connectivity options from the capital of Antioquia.<\/p>\n

The route will have four flights a week: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday, with promotional launch fares starting at COP 119,900. In total, the airline will make available to travelers about 6 thousand seats per month between both routes.<\/p>\n

“This route represents great news for Medell\u00edn, as it means the return of low-cost flights to domestic beach destinations, such as Cartagena. Wingo remains committed to Medell\u00edn, a city where two of our aircraft are based and which represents more than 20% of our operations,” said Jorge Jim\u00e9nez, Wingo’s Vice President of Commercial and Planning.<\/p>\n
