{"id":145908,"date":"2023-11-30T12:30:42","date_gmt":"2023-11-30T12:30:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/?p=145908"},"modified":"2023-11-30T16:09:00","modified_gmt":"2023-11-30T16:09:00","slug":"iberia-renews-its-skytrax-4-star-rating","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aviacionaldia.com\/en\/2023\/11\/iberia-renews-its-skytrax-4-star-rating.html","title":{"rendered":"Iberia renews its Skytrax 4-star rating"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Skytrax<\/strong>, the international air transport rating organization, has once again awarded <strong>Iberia<\/strong> a four-star rating.<\/p>\n<p>Skytrax auditors have analyzed more than 1,400 points of the customer travel experience, both on short- and medium-haul and long-haul flights.<\/p>\n<p>The result is recognition of Iberia&#8217;s transformation in recent years, in which the Spanish airline has renewed its fleet with more modern and efficient aircraft, transformed its in-flight service in all cabins, improved the quality of food and wine, and implemented improvements in airports, lounges and digital channels.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>\u2192 <a href=\"https:\/en\/2023\/11\/world-duty-free-joins-iberia-plus-program.html\">World Duty Free joins Iberia Plus program<\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This certification measures the quality of our customers&#8217; experience flying with Iberia; it is an international certification that positions us among the best airlines in the world. The four-star distinction is an incentive to continue advancing in the attention and services we offer our customers,&#8221; said Gabriel Perdiguero, Iberia&#8217;s Director of Customers, Transformation and Technology.<\/p>\n<p>Skytrax takes into account elements such as the quality of the final product or good customer service. From these scales it draws up an international rating based on a direct and professional analysis of the standards of each airline. The ratings range from a single star to the highest category of five stars.<\/p>\n<p>The Skytrax certified airline rating program began in 1999 and is the leading quality assessment system recognized by the international airline industry.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Skytrax, the international air transport rating organization, has once again awarded Iberia a four-star rating.
