{"id":147724,"date":"2024-02-01T13:30:43","date_gmt":"2024-02-01T13:30:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/?p=147724"},"modified":"2024-02-01T21:35:02","modified_gmt":"2024-02-01T21:35:02","slug":"american-airlines-announces-new-route-between-dallas-and-brisbane-its-longest-nonstop-flight","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aviacionaldia.com\/en\/2024\/02\/american-airlines-announces-new-route-between-dallas-and-brisbane-its-longest-nonstop-flight.html","title":{"rendered":"American Airlines announces new route between Dallas and Brisbane, its longest nonstop flight"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>American Airlines<\/strong> announced Thursday that it will offer the first nonstop service between Dallas-Fort Worth and Brisbane, Australia, beginning October 27, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This new service will allow one-stop connections to Brisbane from more than 100 destinations throughout the United States that currently require at least two stopovers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When American\u2019s seasonal service begins, it will be the longest nonstop flight in the airline\u2019s network, which will be operated on Boeing 787-9 aircraft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>\u2192 <a href=\"https:\/en\/2024\/01\/american-airlines-receives-approval-to-start-nonstop-flights-between-new-york-and-tokyo.html\">American Airlines receives approval to start nonstop flights between New York and Tokyo<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next winter, the partnership American\u2013Qantas will offer services from Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York and Vancouver, Canada, to four major gateways in Australia and New Zealand: Auckland, Brisbane, Melbourne, and Sydney. As part of the American\u2013Qantas partnership, customers will be able to connect to more than 200 destinations across the U.S., and nearly 70 destinations across Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAmerican is thrilled to grow our international network to give customers more ways to escape the cold next winter,\u201d said Brian Znotins, American\u2019s Senior Vice President of Network and Schedule Planning. \u201cTogether with Qantas, customers can enjoy more ways to explore new destinations across one of the most comprehensive networks connecting the United
